  • Dinner party magic| £100

    If you love to host and share wonderful food with friends and family, this is the course for you.

    We’ll guide you through three delicious courses of starter, main and desert to delight your guests and give you the confidence to cook for others with tips on organisation and advanced prep to ensure the whole evening runs smooth and you can enjoy a feast yourself!

  • Beef Wellington | £110

    The ultimate dinner party showstopper!

    Unravel the mystery of a wellington and learn to nail perfectly cooked beef every time. Using the finest beef fillet around you’ll build you’re very own wellington to take home, before tucking into your tutors with delicious red wine sauce and the smoothest mash.

    Step by step techniques on building the perfect wellington and how to recreate at home

    Cooking temperatures and how to serve

    Traditional accompaniments

Full day courses last between 6 and 7 hours. Half-day courses last between 3 and 4 hours. Both begin at 10 am.

You’ll be greeted with tea and coffee on your arrival. Aprons and all equipment are provided, all you need is your appetite! 

Our masterclasses last between 1.5-2 hours and begin at 6pm.

If there aren’t enough available spaces on your chosen date, please email us and we will add you to our cancellation list.

Bookings are fully refundable up to 4 weeks ahead of your class, and 50% refundable up until 1 week before. Bookings are non-refundable if the cancellation is made within a week of the class, but we’re more than happy to facilitate re-booking you onto a different day.
